Chantal is an entrepreneurial, results-driven professional who applies her values, passion, and curiosity to work and play. Through her experience working with some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the country, coupled with her keen sense for detail, Chantal brings the right balance to developing and executing on vision and strategy. A great day for her includes managing multiple projects in a fast paced, flexible environment, working with like-minded individuals toward common goals that positively influence our communities and the people within for the long-term.

With a core value of learning for life, Chantal holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Victoria, a Marketing Management Certificate in Public Relations from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and the Canadian Securities Course Certificate. Her Master's thesis Authentic Identity: The Essence of how successful Ecopreneurs Communicate has been published in The Journal of Values-Based Leadership.

Equally at home in corporate environments, medium sized businesses and small entrepreneurial ventures or not for profit settings, Chantal has held positions with organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, CIBC World Markets, Travel Underwriters, and The Thomas Group of Companies, including LifePilot. She has extensive communications experience in a variety of industries including financial services, insurance, social venture cap, sustainable packaging, post-secondary education, personal development, and non-profit.
